Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I'd wish I would know how frequently many enter and leave the handyman market so that I would seek a stable, established company such as our own. One of the biggest complaints we hear is that customers contact a handyman, perhaps get an estimate or even begin the work only to have the handyman disappear, never to be heard from again.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you licensed, insured and bonded? How long have you been in business here locally? Do you guarantee your work? Do you subcontract the work?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Scheduling concerns. Such as; will the job require parts that my have to be priced, ordered and delivered before your job can begin, is weather a factor?
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Satisfying customers' needs - the best feeling is a job done well.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I'd wish I would know how frequently many enter and leave the handyman market so that I would seek a stable, established company such as our own. One of the biggest complaints we hear is that customers contact a handyman, perhaps get an estimate or even begin the work only to have the handyman disappear, never to be heard from again.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. In all reality it was the fact that handymen are always needed everywhere, and that I was good at it.
