Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I’d wish I would know how frequently many enter and leave the handyman market so that I would seek a stable, established company such as our own. One of the biggest complaints we hear is that customers contact a handyman, perhaps get an estimate or even begin the work only to have the handyman disappear, never to be heard from again.
